Smarter checklist reminder
The daily reminder on a specific checklist shouldn't notify me if the list is empty and has no tasks in it. Moreover, it would be useful if the content of the notification showed the name of the tasks in the list and not the lists name

Position fix for when editing entries
Let me try to explain. When I have my lengthy list and say I'm half way down in the middle. If I was to enter that entry to add a note or a sub list etc. When I've finished and I click back. I end up at the top of my list instead of the position I was at in the middle. A fix or an option would be nice

Move items up and down in Today list.
I love the way I can move items up and down in a list. I use that to prioritize. Would be neat to be able to do that with the Today list.

Recurring tasks
You should have options in recurring tasks like numbers for weeks days etc.and custom set also

have mobile check list for residential cleaning.
I need to go into residential client homes and check to see if all of their cleaning list was completed. I need a mobile list that will save paper and sync with a desktop.

Improve the clumsy reset feature
I can currently uncheck all boxes, but the process is unnecessarily clumsy. First I must check the box next to the list title, permit all boxes to be checked, then uncheck the box next to the title, then permit all to be unchecked. I use this wonderful app for multiple safety checklists and when done with a procedure I just want all the checks cleared. Should have option for that to be done in a single step.

The problem I have is that is the "Sort & Filter" menu requires the user to CHOOSE ONE. I want the new items to be added to the BOTTOM of the list. That requires selecting "Sort by Created".
However, once inserted, in some cases, I might want to move an item up or down. That requires "Sort Manually" and the program will not let me do both. My suggestion is to ALWAYS allow the user to Long-Hold and move manually and remove that as an option from the "Sort & Filter" menu.1 vote -
Display time remaining until reminder fires
Instead of (or in addition to) current clock icon, display reminders with an approximate time until fire. Such as "7m", "14h", "28d", "560d".

Email notification set for select individual reminders
With settings for email notifications for reminders as the default, creating timed reminders will have an icon to toggle email notification for that individual reminder instance.

Notifications
Hi Guys!
The app is awesome, you guys are clearly intelligent people who know what they're doing. It's exactly what I was looking for, that's why I want to say thank you.
Could you please add notifications (the red number on the icon) so that when I open my phone I remember I have something to do ? Like the notification on the messenger app when you recieve a new message. Also if you guys can add a calendar to the app so that everything will be centralized in the app, it would be really helpful.

Add countdown and stopwatch for each task
And add all those times up so that user knows how long they have budgeted for tasks and also how long those tasks actually took to complete

Only see incomplete tasks and only see the latest recurring task for mac/iphone
In my task list for bills. I only want to see the incomplete tasks/unpaid bills. These are set to recurring so I only want to see the bills for the month that I haven't paid.
