Add sorting option.
...I would love to sort by date due, but I'm sure there are a ton of other sort orders that people would appreciate!

Auto sorting based on checked/unchecked
I would like in Android app that checked tasks move automatically to the bottom of the list and when unchecked, move back on top of checked items.
29 votesCompleted tasks are now automatically moved to the bottom. You can disable this from Settings if you wish.

Fix the android widget
The android widget is often unresponsive. The arrow to cycle checklists always works. Tapping the widget to open the app always works. But unless I just had the app open, tapping an item on the list does nothing. I have to reopen the app and check it off inside the app.
Additionally, anytime I check a box, it takes a couple of seconds to visually update. My tablet is fast, and nothing else takes that long. Just the app.
Otherwise, it's a great app.

make it possible to select which lists/list categories show up in the widget through settings.
I want to be able to switch between just a couple lists on the widget without having to go through all the default list views AND my lists every single time. The option to select which ones are viewable on the widget would be very helpful.
38 votesClick on the Down arrow next to the Checklist icon on the widget to get a popup from which you can select the Checklist for the widget.
Thank you all for your feedback.

Enable multi-line display of task names
In the settings, there should be a way to allow an expanded multi-line view of long task names, instead of having to click every task to read it's full title. (This is in reference to the Android app.)

Remove all completed tasks
I would like to be able to remove from list all completed task by clicking one button. If I have for example 20 tasks per day, I don't want to see them all at the end of the day, but just see those, which are not completed, to be able to have a quick look at what is to be done yet.

It should be evident that some, but not all, subtasks are checked from higher up in the task list.
For instance, in the grocery list, it should be evident that there are a few items checked in a main category. If you check the category - fruits, all the sub-items are checked, If you only check a few sub-items, there is no way of telling from the category view that anything is checked. A semi-shaded check mark in the category would work.

Outline format (indented items) would be far better
It will be much faster, intuitive, clearer, to expand/collapse items in an outline format instead of getting "inside" each item, resulting in moving between many screens.
One screen where the items can be exposed by clicking a little arrow will be much better, IMHO.
But the functionalities for now are quite useful.
It's just the interface quite cumbersome without outline simplified view.303 votesThis has been completed.

Simply check/uncheck the checklist and all tasks under it will be checked/unchecked accordingly.

to be able to drag items around so it's easier to organize items within a list
For example: rearrange a grocery list based on where you can find items in the store. Produce items are organized with other produce items, etc.
1 voteHi,
Thank you for your idea. This can already be achieved:
- on mobile devices simply long press a task to move it around
- on the web app simply drag the task around. You can move it into other checklist, sub tasks or just change the order. -
direct notes entry below task name
When creating a new task, there is a beautiful empty white space between the task name and the keyboard. Use this to directly enter task notes.

Lock list as template
Reuse checklist...be able to lock a checklist as a template...then use it and clear checks so it can be reused. Maybe a way to copy and save or archive. I want to use checklist over and over without having to manually clear checks.
137 votesThis feature request is actually made of several sub-features which the app already has:
- Re-use checklist – simply make a copy of the checklist and you can re-use it.
- Archive – make a checklist called Archive and move all checklists you wish to archive into it
- Uncheck all tasks – simply check/uncheck the top level task (or checklist) and it will do the same for all of its sub tasks.

for WEB API & DRIOD APP
- APP: move task between other task containers suggest: list task-containers at left to drag task to container that auto-expands while hover over it so to access sub-containers...or add an option in task menu for movement
- APP: various sorting suggest: add sorting options like alphabetical, schedule soon, date added, custom/manual, etc
- API: while drag-dropping task to another container out of sight it in the list, it doesn't move to reach container suggest: list task-containers at left that expands while hovering it
- WEB: mis-input while adding tasks, several times I placed tasks in search bar instead of the add-task bar
- APP: suggest…
