Sort new tasks
In the settings menu, allow user to specify if they want all newly added tasks to be placed at the bottom or top of the task list. The current default is set to add to the top of the list.

have restricted permission levels for "shared" users
If I am sharing a checklist with an employee for example... I dont want him to have the ability to edit or even worse accidentally DELETE my list. There is no way to create a secured back up file of a list. The one I created took quite a while to create.
There also needs to be much more in the notification area when tasks or sub tasks get completed by other "members" of checklists.17 votes -
Add date once task is completed
when a task is completed in the checklist, a strikethrough line is used to indicate its completed. I'd like the date of completion added next to the task

Android BACK button back to checklists NOT EXIT
I offer to make Back button more usual way for Android apps (like Viber, WhatsApp, browsers etc):
1) FIRST CLICK of Back button: back to prevoius screen OR back to main screen with list of checklists
2) SECOND CLICK of Back button (or when stack of previous screens is empty) = EXIT

Make it possible to import lists from other formats
Example excel or comma separated lists.

Tags
I think it would be nice to be able to look take up with tags. I have several lists that have similar sub tasks (EXAMPLE: I have my Personal List, Work Last, Household Last, that all have sub lists of Daily, Weekly, Monthly). Sometimes I wish I could just look that type of information separately.

Allow a word wrap option for tasks, instead of truncating only
Wrap long tasks descriptions over multiple lines. Ideally per list, but even a universal setting would be a good start

Show subtasks in widget
The strength of this cheklist-app is the subtasks, and I would like to be able to see them in the widget as well.

Option to show snippet of a tasks notes on the widget
On the android app widget you cannot see notes unless you open the tasks. For most this is fine but it would be nice to have an option to display a snippet of those notes.

Besides this being the best approach, creating a Lock on a main sub folder
Locking a checklist main folder to avoid accidently deleting it.

Time
Would like to see a list of all tasks to be done today, this week, next two weeks, this month and later. This way I know precisely at a glance my workload and what needs to be done. This should be within a list and also across multiple lists. Keep up the good work, this is an excellent app.

Put dates on when a task was created.
Date on when tasks were created and sub category when finished would be awesome.

More Widget Customization!
- Make Widget size stretchable in all directions. I prefer 2x2 & 2x3 layouts.
- Add ability to have widget font size & color adjustable as well as choice for background color
- Add ability to change the widget list selection from within the widget.
- Provide a separate "settings" feature for the widget.
- Option to turn of or reduce the size of the widget header.
- Add a voice (microphone) input feature for the widget.

Daily recurring checklist with success tracker and excel export option
Hi,
Your App is awesome, but there is one feature it does not have that would make it even better. I need the ability to add a daily recurring checklist for regular tasks at work and for my team so when regular tasks are completed they tick and at the end of each day / week it resets and records. I'd love to be able to log into the web interface and see how many days each of the items in the list is complelted each week / month.10 votes
