  4. make this applicable to teachers/students in education

    Hi,

    I am a resource teacher and came across this website. I would like to create checklists for my kids to follow. They have a hard time sifting through all of their teachers google classroom, google slides and different links. I am trying to make it more simple for them. I can't figure out how to share the checklist with them.

    Also, a lot of companies are offering their online services, free to teachers right now, during eLearning. I'm assuming they are hoping after eLearning is over, teachers will still want to use some of these websites and pay for…

  5. Please restore manually sorting tasks with long press

    Until the most recent update (16th July?) you could manually move a task up or down a list by long press (holding down finger for a few seconds). Now the only way to do this is to enable the sort button then use the up/down arrows. I don't find this as intuitive.

  6. Please keep the drag and drop function because that is extremely user friendly

    The drag and drop function was extremely user friendly and I am extremely disappointed to see that getting disabled. I have always been a loyal user and written great review for you but this is extremely user un friendly.

  10. Stop iPhone app from auto-creating sample "important" tasks

    I've lost count of how many times I've checked off and deleted the sample " important" task, and it keeps coming back. I'm never sure if the number of important tasks displayed represents my actual important tasks, or mine plus the sample. It's really annoying.

  11. when all the items in a sub list are marked done the list should automatically be marked done

  13. allow emailing to checklist from muliple email addresses

    This is synced to m main private email but tasks I want to send myself come from there or from my work email. I'd like to be able to whitelist other email addresses as senders of tasks.

    It would be very good if:
    1. there was an option to have password protection on the app
    2. individual checklists were able to be locked by password
    3. Tasks within a checklist were able to be sorted numerically & alphabetically.

  16. Easier access to some of the menu item when adding a task so you don't have to enter the task to enter information like notes and reminders.

    There is so much space down below when entering a task. I feel it could be used to have an easier and more quick access of the menu items. Right now you must create the task then select it to enter, then open the menu icon. To many steps when you are wanting to input a list of items rather quickly.

  17. Change the 'dark mode' + button

    I liked the over all app very much, but I don't think that shade of yellow for the dark colour scheme works at all, it's just a nitpick though, you've done a great job!

    It would be nice if I could have the option to see all my tasks at one time. While I like the broken out lists at times I need to see everything pending

  20. Add "all tasks" category which would collect all open tasks in one place

    "All tasks" would be great and simple tool when you use multiple categories but would like to have possibility to view all in one place.

    Additionally it would be great for those who use widgets as it's perfectly visible what needs to be done.
