How to assign a task to someone

Once you have shared your checklist with a contact you are able to assign specific tasks to that contact.

To assign the task:
  • select the task by clicking on it in the middle column
  • click (or mouse over) the collaborate icon on the top-right column
  • select from the drop down the contact you wish to assign the task to
  • A task is assigned by default to the checklist owner.
  • A task can only be assigned to one contact at a time.
  • You can invite new contacts to share the checklist by clicking + Invite People to Collaborate with. This will open the share checklist popup
