Case insensitive text serching (Russian text)
I am using Checklist on Android.
I have created some tasks in Russian language.
I found a inconvenience: the command to search a Russian text is case sensitive. Therefore it is easy to create an error in search request.3 votes -
Remove the extra click after entering a task

please help: can't find where to set due dates for each task
i've just started using the web app.
i've read the instructions here https://checklist.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/235231-how-to-set-a-due-date-and-a-reminder
but still can't figure out how to add due dates to as task, only reminders. i'm using safari 9.0.2 on mac 10.11.2

have restricted permission levels for "shared" users
If I am sharing a checklist with an employee for example... I dont want him to have the ability to edit or even worse accidentally DELETE my list. There is no way to create a secured back up file of a list. The one I created took quite a while to create.
There also needs to be much more in the notification area when tasks or sub tasks get completed by other "members" of checklists.17 votes -

I use check list to list bills how about a total sum AR bottom of check list with everything added up total as they get paid the deduct and leave total amount left to be paid out

Time
Would like to see a list of all tasks to be done today, this week, next two weeks, this month and later. This way I know precisely at a glance my workload and what needs to be done. This should be within a list and also across multiple lists. Keep up the good work, this is an excellent app.

Daily recurring checklist with success tracker and excel export option
Hi,
Your App is awesome, but there is one feature it does not have that would make it even better. I need the ability to add a daily recurring checklist for regular tasks at work and for my team so when regular tasks are completed they tick and at the end of each day / week it resets and records. I'd love to be able to log into the web interface and see how many days each of the items in the list is complelted each week / month.10 votes -

Insert a small picture at the nam of the checklist, as a company logo or person.

Allow subtasks to reset/uncheck each day/week etc...
I have some lists that I need to use every day. I'd like an option to have all of the subtasks to be automatically unchecked at a certain scheduled time.

Addition of Catagories
Add more categories other than "My Checklist" and make them collapsible.. I have many life reason to make a check list.. not JUST my check list.. Im a realtor, investor, dad etc.. unless Im missing on how to do that already.. thank you

More material design elements
For example, each item on a list should be on its own "card". If this is done then users can drag and drop items without having to press and hold on the three dot icon anymore.
