Repeat Frequency and Password Protect
- I would like to see "Repeat Frequency" added with "Day of the Week", "Fortnight", "Months-2,3,4,6".
- Option to "Move Tasks" from one list to the other.
- Also the option to "Password Protect" tasks would be helpful.

We have unlimited sub-task levels. So you can simply place tasks in a sub-task and that is in effect the same as a folder.

Would be good to backup to a file in Dropbox and also restore from that file
It would be good to be able to sync to a file in Dropbox for backup purposes and also restore from that file.
5 votesChecklist already backs up automatically to our cloud solution. We do not see a value in spending resource developing another solution for drop box.

A drop down list os sub-iterms with checkboxes.
Right now there is "notes" but items cannot be accounted individually. So say an item called Food would have a subsist of the food items needed.

Thanks for the feedback. You can always break down your tasks into sub tasks. So Food would be a task and would have subtasks of food items.

Arrange a home button to come diretly to the main screen when viewing the sub task deeplh
Once when i feel adjusting with the sub task and to come out I need to go each back button again and again of you have a home button we can switch to the main screen immedietly

Arrange the lists under tabs.
Allow tabs to be created to put similar lists under, this will help organize related lists.

Allow for an single item to be deleted
I want to be able to modify my lists by being able to delete one single item without having all of my checked off parts deleted. I hate having to delete my entire list to modify it the way I want it. Thank you.

- On Mobile - swipe to delete (confirm with button)
- On Desktop - click on the Delete icon of the task

So far I like the app but I think it would be better
If I could turn off the sign in screen. It would be more helpful and easier to use if it started with the last list that I used, or a screen that showed all the lists. I also think it would be easier to use if you could add things to your list on the same screen that the list is on instead of of having to go back and forth between screens.

Thanks for the suggestions. Alas, our app already does this. The sign in screen is only shown once and the app re-opens into the last used checklist.
Adding a task is done on one screen. Shortly, it will be revamped with better autocomplete and hence requires its own screen.

Could you add a function who display task to do In a persistant notification ( you can't swipe them but you can disable ) In the notification bar

Can't swipe to delete on S5.
My swipe to delete does not work on my s5. I would also like completed tasks to clear off my list. It's a pain to individually delete each one.

REALLY need to be able to clone checklists
I NEED to have multiple clients perform the same tasks, so to be able to use this product, I'm looking for a "clone" functionality where I can create a template, clone it, and change the title to reflect each client. Thank you for your consideration!!

This functionality already exists. We have templates that you can easily publish. Checklists can be easily cloned (look for the duplicate button on the top right of the screen when you select a checklist on the web client or for the copy button on the mobile client). You can also make changes to the names of checklists.

Two way sync between mobile app and web app
My expectation of function is a two way sync. Additions made in the mobile app are reflected in the web app and vice versa. Instead, changes made in the mobile app are not reflected in the web app. What's worse, the web app down syncs to the mobile app and deletes any new lists entered using the mobile app. This defeats the flexibility of the mobile app. Checklist is a great app just make it mobile centric instead of desktop centric.

add an icon to a task for when there are notes
When looking at a task list, we cannot see which tasks have notes.

Thanks for the suggestions.
The notes are shown right after the task name itself (unless there is no space on the line in which case we cannot show an icon as well). So there is no need for an icon.

have an option to keep items in alphabetical order or order of entry. it keeps resetting the order of items and it is extremely frustrating
